Learn how to machine applique in a variety of ways including techniques such as the blind hem stitch, straight stitch, and zigzag stitch. Make a cute wall hanging for your sewing room. Enjoy learning machine applique and what your machine can do for you!

Merrily We Quilt Along has all your supplies and we highly recommend getting your supplies BEFORE class day!

Supply List: All Supplies are available at Merrily We Quilt Along, we appreciate the support!

    ~ Applique Kit - Available the day of class for a small fee
    ~ Background fabric
            * (4) 6.5" Squares
            * (1) 6.5"x12.5" rectangle
    ~ (4) 5" squares for (3) hearts + (1) Star
    ~ (1) 6" squares for leaves & Stems
    ~ (2) 5" squares for flowers and flower centers
    ~ Thread to match hearts, leaves, stems, and flowers
    ~ Paper Scissors
    ~ Fabric Scissors
    ~ Pins 
    ~ Glue Sticks
    ~ Fine Line Pencil 
    ~ Sewing machine with open toe foot and edge stitch foot
             (If you have a BERNINA that is foot #20 and #10)
 
Recommended:
    ~ Point Turner
    ~ Drinking Straws
    ~ Bodkin or Purple Thang
 

CLASS POLICY:
1. Fees must be paid at time of registration.
2. Phone registrations taken with a credit card.
3. Refunds given only if we are notified at least 7 business days prior to class.
4. Minimum of 3 students per class. Class will be canceled if minimum is not met and a full refund will be given.
5. No children, babies, or guests in class.
6. You must obtain a supply list PRIOR to each class. Read it completely to see what supplies are necessary AND what preparation needs to be done.
7. Where required, please bring a sewing machine in good working order and that you are familiar with operating. Teachers will not spend class time learning your sewing machine.

** IF YOU CANNOT MAKE IT TO CLASS, YOU MUST CANCEL 7 BUSINESS DAYS IN ADVANCE IN ORDER TO RECEIVE A TRANSFER**
