Orders are packed and shipped Tuesday-Friday only. Most orders are shipped within 24 hours from the order date. Orders placed on the weekend and select holidays are processed on the next business day. For international shipping, please contact Customer Service for details at 1-417-890-9000.

Shipping & Handling Charges
Our shipping and handling charges are based on your merchandise total prior to order discounts.

  • Standard: 5-7 business days (10-12 business days for Alaska, Hawaii, and APO/FPO) -- If rates are cheaper with UPS (United Parcel Service), we will use them. $7.50*
  • 2 Day: 2 business days -- $25.95*
  • Overnight: 1 business day -- $51.95*

RETURNS & EXCHANGES &         Pre-Orders

We hope you’ll love your purchases, but in case you need to make exchange, our policy is simple: please call the shop (417-890-9000) with the packing slip information, the un-opened package, and return within 7 days. If requested, a partial to full refund (minus shipping cost) will be made in the original form of payment. Exchanges will be mailed out within 4 -7 business days after receiving the original order, additional shipping charges may apply. All fabric sale are final and cannot be returned or exchanged.

All gift card purchases are final. Gift cards cannot be returned, exchanged or redeemed for cash (unless required by state law), and cannot be replaced if lost or stolen.

Pre-orders need to be canceled within 7 days of placed order for a refund.  If you cancel after 7 days, there will be a 25% restocking fee.
